Aashiq Jivani has lived with his grandparents his entire life — just as many Indian children do. As his grandparents once cared for him, it became his turn to care for them as they aged.
This deeply personal experience inspired him to create Almond Care — a company rooted in dignity, family values, and the belief that caregivers deserve recognition and support for the vital role they play.
In addition to his caregiving journey, Aashiq is a graduate of Harvard Law School and has practiced law at a top ten global firm. He is a licensed attorney who advises clients on real estate, business, and immigration matters. His professional background brings discipline, structure, and advocacy to Almond Care — ensuring that families and caregivers have a trusted partner who understands both their emotional needs and the complex systems that shape caregiving support.
